Afex Global Limited (AFEX or the Company) is an independent oil exploration and production (E&P) company incorporated in Bermuda and focused exclusively on opportunities in Africa.  Since its founding in 2006 the Company has successfully executed its strategy of acquiring oil and gas exploration and production acreage in the West Africa region. The Company currently holds assets in the Republic of Angola and the Republic of Cameroon, had assets in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea and Republic of Mali and is pursuing several new business opportunities across the region.
